If your hub has been offline for an extended period of time due to a power outage or it being removed from your apartment for some reason, you may need to perform a pin-hole reset to reconnect it again.
1.Find a small, pin headed object
2. Locate the small hole immediately adjacent to the "sync" button
3. Gently insert the pin headed object into the reset button and press and hold the button for five seconds.
If your hub is still unresponsive following the pin-hole reset, please contact your property manager so that they can work with our support team to resolve the issue.
