If you ever change the batteries in a Zego lock, some times you will notice that the battery percentage displayed in the mobile/web app doesn't immediately change to reflect the new battery percentage. This is because we only ask each device for its current battery level a few times per day (ironically, to conserve battery life).

After you change the batteries in any Zego device, wait until the following day to check the new percentage in the mobile/web app. If the percentage is still low, or it hasn't changed at all, contact us at support@zego.io or through the chat bubble in the app. Someone will be able to help you troubleshoot the device remotely.
