If your door lock is a Kwikset 914 and the keypad is blinking red when you try to interact with the lock, it is likely that your lock batteries are low. If this is the case, you should reach out to your property manager or maintenance staff and request that the batteries be replaced in your lock so that you do not experience a service outage. You can do this by using the Request Maintenance feature in the Resident Portal of your Zego app.
