If you are sure that your property management team has activated your Zego account (please confirm this before reaching out to Zego support - sometimes they just forget to click Activate!), and you have not yet received an email to create your account, first check your spam/junk folder to ensure it’s not in there.

If you are certain you have not received your activation email within 10 minutes of being invited by your property manager, please contact us at support@zego.io and we will provide assistance.
