If you download the Zego Resident App from the app store and you have NOT created a Zego account yet, you will not be able to login.

Due to security concerns (we don't want random people accessing your unit in Zego!) you can only create a Zego account once you have been invited by Zego or your property manager.

If you believe that you should have a Zego account because you received a notification from your property manager, check your inbox for an email from Zego Support. Once you find your activation email, click "Create your account" and you will then be prompted to install the Zego Resident app and create your account profile and password in the app (if you already have the app downloaded, it will simply open and take you through the same process).

Sometimes these emails end up in your junk/spam folder depending on the email client you are using. Make sure you check there as well.

If you can't find your activation email anywhere, contact your property manager and they can resend it to you. You should also confirm that the email the property manager has on file for you is your current email, as we typically pull the information directly from the existing property management software.
