To submit a request for a pet registration to your property manager, please do the following:

  • Open the Zego Resident App.
  • Go to the My Property tab.
  • Click Pets, Vehicles, & Visitors. Select the Pets tab.
  • Click the green "+" icon then select "Add pet"
  • On the next screen, input the required information and a photo for your pet. Your property manager will receive this in the registration request they receive.
  • When your pet is approved or rejected by your property manager, you will see the status for that pet update from Pending to Approved or Rejected in the Pets tab. You will also receive a notification in the Resident App in the notifications section.
