To view any packages that have been received by the office for your account, please do the following:

  • Open the Zego Resident App.
  • Click the My Property Tab.
  • From the list of items in the My Property tab, select Packages.
  • You will see a list of all the packages that are associated with your account from this view.
  • To view an individual package, click one of the packages from the list.
  • You can also filter by the status of the package by swiping right or left on the list view (Received, On hold, Delivered).
