To view the notifications you have already received for package status updates, please do the following:

  • Open the Zego Resident App.
  • Click on the Chat tab in the bottom of the app home screen.
  • Select the Notifications filter at the top of the screen.

You should see a list view of all of the Notifications that you have received from Zego.

You can also check the history of an individual package to see when it was received or delivered by clicking on the History tab while viewing a specific Package in the Packages section of the Resident App.
