To view the amenities available at your property, please do the following:
- Open the Zego Resident App and login with your resident account.
- Navigate to My Property by clicking the My Property tab at the bottom of the screen.
- From the My Property screen, scroll down until you see the Amenities item in the list. Click the Amenities button.
- The Amenities screen contains a list of all the Amenities available at your property. You can reserve an amenity by clicking "Reserve", which will send an email with your contact information to your property management team. They will follow-up with you if needed.
If you don't see the Amenities button in My Property, or the Amenities list is empty, the Amenities feature might not have been enabled at your property. You can contact your Property Manager via Zego Chat if you have questions regarding a specific amenity.
