If you are trying to create a new lock code, and it is not working properly, first make sure that your hub is connected to the internet. If your hub is connected using its cellular backup connection and not using a local ethernet connection, the process may take 10-15 seconds to complete and may not work on the first try if there is poor cellular connection. Try creating the code 1-2 more times if it's not successful on the first try.

If you are still unable to create a new lock code, please contact Zego support and they will assist you in making sure that the new code is created correctly.
