Since we recently rolled out several new features at some of our communities that revolve around the more social aspects of Zego (e.g., community events, the community feed, manager/resident chat, etc), we've updated the Resident App to allow residents to edit their profile in Zego. This profile is what property staff and other residents see when you as a resident comment or like an event or post, or chat with a staff member.
To update your resident profile, please follow these steps:
- From the any screen in the Zego Resident app, swipe from the left-side of the screen to the right, or click your profile picture to open the navigation drawer (menu).
- Click "My Account"
- From the My Account screen, click Edit to edit your profile.
- To upload or change your photo, click the white icon in the top right corner of your current photo to expose the file browser, where you can select an existing photo or take a new photo.
