If you can't find the unit you are trying to setup by searching in the setup menu, the unit may not have been created in the Zego system yet, or you are logged in to the wrong property.

If you know that the unit has not been created in the Zego system yet via import from another SaaS platform (e.g., Resman, Yardi, Realpage, etc) and you still need to create the unit in Zego, simply click the "Create Unit" button instead of "Select Unit". This will prompt you to name the unit and select a unit type. Select "Common" for a common area, or "Residential" for a standard residential apartment unit.
